Can I change or cancel my order once I have placed it?

If you contact us at admin@nailedit.co.nz after placing and paying for your purchase, we may be able to make the necessary changes requested. Since orders are typically handled within 1-2 days, this must be resolved before your order is shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the location, and is calculated at checkout.

Free NZ-wide for all orders over $70!

Can I have my parcel redirected?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address. This is not available once your order has been shipped, though you might be able to reroute by contacting NZ Post if they provide this option for delivery.

What is your returns policy?

Please inform us as soon as possible if your order is wrong or contains faulty or damaged goods. We would be happy to replace the items, if necessary, or issue a refund while also paying for any shipping expenses (refer to refunds and returns page). Please email us at admin@nailedit.co.nz  if you have any questions about refunds or replacements.
