Refund policy

Refunds and returns

Faulty products- In the case of any fault in the product you have purchased from us, (expired product, wrong products or wrong flavour sent out) we will gladly pay for the return postage and offer a replacement product or a refund. If you find your product to be faulty, please contact us here immediately: admin@nailedit.co.nz

Non-faulty products - We will not provide any refunds or exchanges for orders which are of a change of mind nature. Refunds and replacements are only eligible if the product is faulty.
